– All approved refunds are subject to a 25% processing fee to cover administrative and service-related costs.

– If a licensed provider has reviewed and approved your order, a $15 provider fee

is non-refundable—even if the medication has not yet shipped.

– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AlgoRX is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a delivery but you can’t locate the package:

Check common delivery areas (porch, mailbox, neighbors, front desk, etc.)

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Notify our team at support@algorx.ai and we’ll assist where possible.


We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.
